Slate Building

Our Goal with the slate building project is to provide new housing to downtown hesperia and to build momentum for positive growth in a community that hasn’t seen any major developments in over 40 years. We hope that by putting a spotlight on what can be accomplished in a small community with the support and guidance of its residents this project will act as catalyst for future projects and improvements to one of the best small COMMUNITIES in michigan.
